At Upkeep our objective is to help you repair and maintain your home from small maintenance items to light remodels. We can help you with anything from assembling your IKEA furniture to maximize your living space and organization; or you may want to install a new tile floor and paint a room. At Upkeep we want to help you maintain and improve your house to make it more of a home.

We offer the ability to tackle those small to do items you do not have time or ability to do. Write a list and send it our way so we can replace those light bulbs, adjust that door that just wont shut right, and clean your gutters while we are there. There is no job too small, but to maximize your experience and your money we recommend creating a check list of to-do items and priority. We may get them all done in one day or maybe you would like a monthly visit with a to do list that evolves over time as your needs arise and priorities change.
